Because of the bespoke nature of these services, they cannot be returned or exchanged in the traditional sense. However, we will work with you to address any concerns about the final product.

Our standard gift wrapping services use specified materials and techniques as outlined in our service packages. If you are not satisfied with the execution of a standard service, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the completed item.

To report a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your completed project. You will need to provide:

4. Cancellation Policy
